The FrankerFab FF512 manual tube roll bender is a compact unit optimized for roll bending tubes ranging from 1/8 to 1 inch in diameter. It's small size and easy vice mount make it quick to setup and store in your shop or garage.
This tube bender is constructed from solid 1/2" thick steel, making it very rigid for precise bends. With simple top-mounted shoulder bolts, changing rollers is incredibly simple and fast with the included allen key wrench.
The bender includes your choice of 1 set of roller dies in any size, with additional rollers available for purchase. These dies are made from a high strength plastic, which has the benefit of being very gentle on tubing. Unlike steel dies, you will not create scars and scrapes on materials like aluminum, chrome or polished steels.
